1. How to become a provider

What must I do in order to become a provider?

Contact the Contract & Product Department via cyp@transhotel.com. You will be contacted by our team and a sales collaboration proposal will be made in accordance with your establishment.

Is it possible to manage my establishment’s information within your system?

Yes. The Contracting team will request establishment descriptions as well as the tariffs to be used. This information will then be treated by the Data Product Department and then verified by the hotel.

2. Product

What advantages does Transhotel offer my establishment?

The opportunity to be visible to more than 78,800 clients worldwide via our online reservations platform.

Are there any restrictions?

No. Any hotel that compiles with the minimum requirements established by Transhotel, as well as signing a collaboration agreement with us, can be marketed and offered via the TOR System Advanced.

3. Reservations

Can I control the availability, tariffs and board types for my hotel?

Of course. By accessing our Extranet and selecting Tor Hoteles, all establishments can manage and control prices and inventories among other options. Our Contract & Product Department will be at your complete disposal and will be delighted to provide you with any information or attend to any questions you may have.

Are my reservations always guaranteed?

Yes. In the event of a no-show, Transhotel will pay for the first night.

Can I offer group reservations?

Yes. Our Special Operations Dept. (DOE) deals directly with our clients’ group reservations. For more information, contact our team at: grupos@transhotel.com

4. Client Assistance

Is the TOR System Advanced offered in my language?

The application is available in the following 14 languages: Spanish, English, Italian, Portuguese, French, German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Croatian, Flemish, Polish & Greek.

We can also provide you with User Guides which will help you get familiarised with the system. System demos can be viewed at www.transhotel.com
