Go to www.transhotel.com, enter your access codes in the exclusive access for Travel Agencies and start the search and availability process. If you still do not have your codes, apply for them here. Once you have gained access to the TOR System®, the agent will have a personalised page used for consulting availability and prices of the chosen destination. |

TOR System®, will bring up a selection of hotels which corresponds to the information you have entered. By clicking on any one of them you will be given a complete file of the hotel including the price and the breakdown of the applicable prices. |

If you wish to choose the payment method at the travel agency and other services, select the Transhotel drop-down menu within TOR System Advanced. If you wish to choose the direct payment at the hotel, select the Booking Express drop-down menu. |

TOR System Advanced will prompt you to check the room type, board, dates etc.and to accept the general and cancellation conditions. |

The agent must enter the client details and also state how they wish to receive the documentation. Payment for the reservation can be made through bank transfer, on the agency credit card or the client's credit card. |

TOR System Advanced, will send the Bonomail® or Bonofax®to be issued to the client as well as the confirmation/invoice for their file. |
