How to make a reservation through our call centre

 

Travel Agencies

   
1 The Travel Agency may call the Transhotel and Hotelplus Help Desk.   2 You will be attended to by an operator that will request your Agency's details and name of the agent.
3 The Agency confirms the reservation details: country, city, check-in dates, no. of nights, no. of rooms, no. of people and the selected board basis.   4 The Reservations Department will verify the details and offer the reservation.
      5 Grupo Transhotel will send the confirmation and the reservation voucher through Bonomail® or Bonofax®.

Remember you can avoid unnecessary waiting time on the telephone and save money by making your reservations, modifications and other tasks directly on the TOR System Advanced.
