How to make a reservation through our call centre

The Travel Agency may call the Transhotel and Hotelplus Help Desk. |  |
You will be attended to by an operator that will request your Agency's details and name of the agent. | |
 |
The Agency confirms the reservation details: country, city, check-in dates, no. of nights, no. of rooms, no. of people and the selected board basis. |  |
The Reservations Department will verify the details and offer the reservation. | |
 |
Grupo Transhotel will send the confirmation and the reservation voucher through Bonomail® or Bonofax®. | |||
